What data we process and why
The only personal data we collect on this site is what you give us when asking for information or a demonstration: your name, your company, your email and, if you choose to share them, your phone number and the type of work you do. We use it solely to handle your enquiry and get back to you.
If you send us an estimate or a BC3 file so we can prepare the demo, we use it for that alone: building the example with your own data. We do not add it to any commercial database, and we delete it once the demonstration is over, unless you decide to go ahead and it becomes part of your installation.
If you write to us by email or on WhatsApp, we will process the data you provide solely to answer your query. Please note that WhatsApp is a Meta service with its own privacy terms.
The legal basis is your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and, once a commercial relationship is under way, our legitimate interest in managing it. You can withdraw your consent at any time by writing to us.
What we do not do
- This site uses no cookies or equivalent technologies.
- There is no third-party analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising. The fonts are self-hosted: your visit makes no requests to third-party servers.
- We do not share your data with anyone, nor use it for anything other than handling your enquiry.
- We make no international transfers: the data is hosted in the European Union.
Retention
We keep your enquiry for as long as needed to handle it, or until you withdraw your consent, whichever comes first. If you become a customer, your data is then governed by the service's own privacy information; if not, we delete it.
Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@obraset.es. If you believe we have not handled it properly, you may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
Third-party data you send us
If an estimate, a BC3 file or a compliance file contains data about your customers, workers or subcontractors, we process it solely on your behalf and for the purpose you specify. When you become a customer, that relationship is formalised through the data processing agreement required by article 28 GDPR.
