Purpose
This site presents OBRASET, a construction management application for building firms, and lets you request information and a product demonstration. The content is informational and commercial in nature: the explanations about VAT on refurbishments, interim certificates, subcontracting or electronic invoicing do not constitute individual tax, employment or legal advice.
Product, trade marks and services
OBRASET is a product of SET and Parsecs, and «OBRASET» is a trade name of SET AND PARSECS, S.L. Invoices are issued through the FACTUSET engine (Verifactu), while time recording, contracts and payroll run through LABORSET; the associated advisory services are provided by SET LEGAL.
Third-party trade marks and products mentioned here (Presto, Arquímedes, a3ASESOR, Sage, CEGID, Nalanda, Obralia, CTAIMA, Metacontratas and others) belong to their respective owners and are named for identification purposes only, to explain compatibility and integrations, without any affiliation, sponsorship or certification on their part.
Intellectual property
The contents of this site (text, design, product screenshots and our own logos) belong to its owner. Reproduction for commercial purposes without authorisation is not permitted.
